POSITION SUMMARY

 If you are passionate about healthcare, thrive working in a dynamic environment, and believe in the power of data, you might be the perfect fit to join our team.  Healthlink Dimensions is seeking a Product Director for our data delivery team.  The successful candidate will be a hands-on manager leading a team of data analysts onsite and offshore while coordinating with our sales and client experience teams.  You will be the point person for the successful completion of clients’ requests. 

 HealthLink Dimensions is the authority in healthcare provider data serving hospitals, life sciences, and health insurers.  We offer managed data services and enterprise engagement solutions built on the largest multi-sourced, audited provider email, demographic, and facility database available.

 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage end to end delivery of customer requests, ensuring quality deliverables on time and to customer satisfaction.
• Supervise a team of data analysts onsite and offshore to ensure they are meeting timelines and executing quality deliverables.
• Create reports for client specific needs and responsible for articulating the information.
• Lead testing and validating processes for continuous improvement in regard to visualization and deficiencies.
• Utilize different platforms to breakdown data and provide a better understanding to both internal and external teams.
• Locate and define new processes for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and development on data management expertise to team
• Serve as escalation point for all unresolved customer data issues

SKILLS  

• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
• Proficient in Business Intelligence Tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Critical Thinking and Problem Solving
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
• Ability to effectively communicate with Sales, Client Experience Teams and Customers
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated expert data management skills
• Strong leadership skills managing local and remote teams in different time zones
• Expertise in Agile project management tools such as Jira
• Experience with Healthcare provider data is a big plus

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• BS Degree in MIS, Data Science, Data Analytics or equivalent experience required.
• 5 years of Data Management experience
• Project Management & Team Management experience
• Customer Service experience
